dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a goal programming model was applied to find solution in order to control the total profit, inventory level, workforce level, overtime hours and repairing cost with different operational constraints including inventory level, workforce level, and production capacity. The three goal objectives of model are maximization the total profit, minimization the repairing cost and minimization the labor overtime. A set of data collection from SC factory is utilized to test the usefulness, robustness and flexibility of the proposed model. By using IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio software, the proposed model was solved. In the results, the managers can find the solution for the company by adjusting the goal priorities.
