dc.description.abstract | High inventories and long lead times are always a big issue for any company that produces at any time, regardless of the company's manual or manual production. There is, therefore, a need for a parallel process to achieve this perfection and implementing a lean manufacturing system is becoming the core competence for any organization to maintain. The concept of lean production has been developed to maximize the use of natural resources by reducing waste, and then lean has been developed to meet the changing business environment and competition. The Kanban system is one of the lean production strategies for lean production with minimal costs and reduced costs. However, the Kanban system does not widely practice in Viet Nam. This thesis aims to study the Kanban implementation process and the use of simulation application to evaluate the efficiency of the Kanban policy. The case study is Sonion company, which is a manufacture of micro-acoustic transducers and micro-mechanical components for hearing instruments, acoustic medical devices, and mobile communication devices.
