| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, production planning is applied to solve one of the real issues from workshop at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam (MBV) Limited Plc. In detail, that is manpower problem influenced on output of car, operation cost and some external impact. Excel calculation and the model - A labour-constrained model for aggregate production (Joao Paulo et al., 2010) are used to foundation for processing Cplex programming. The result will be concluded and provide feasible method appropriated with aggregate planning at next future month.
