| dc.description.abstract | This thesis proposed the Aggregate Production Plan (APP) by De Novo Programing Method to solve problems of the Lam Viet company. There are objectives we consider that profit maximizing, later-order minimizing, workforce firing minimizing, and machine under loading minimizing. De Novo Programming redesign optimal system to satisfy all the targets .The running models illustrate the flexible of the De Novo Method which will show the results for managers can estimate numerous production and make decision handle value to decide the optimal solution.
