dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the dissertation is to present a research and application of Lean Six Sigma in practical situation to improve the production process of Lean 3 line in Factory 1 at Binh Duong Garment Joint Stock Company. The dissertation examines the current state of the company and finds that the current problem is not meeting the expected yield of the company (90% only). Basically, the kinds of product are similar. Therefore, the research will conduct the product with the largest number (190124) to analysis and analysis through DMAIC method (Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control) process. By this method, the dissertation identified that the main causes of failure of meeting the goal is long production time and processing time and high rate of defect. Afterward, Conducting the analysis of the causes and implementation of the improvement methods namely adding workers, improving work processes, rearranging the work stations. Apply automatic maintenance, design work to reduce the defect rate in the finished-product group. Finally, the production time, machining time as well as the rate of defect will be controlled through the checklist. In addition, the dissertation also designed the pull system for shirt, which transfers the company's push production system to the pull system of the above product line, Moreover, research also facilitates to solving problems in the management through improvement method.
