dc.description.abstract | Recently, the development of the world has led to have long supply chain network. Many logistics firms become bigger and bigger in the competitive market. A well-strategy for transportation is necessary to improve the quality as well as enhance service level. To make it more efficient a scientific model is an important key to implement and operate the company. The goal of this study is to select the optimum routing planning based on the the policies as well as term of condition in Giao Hang Tiet Kiem Company to deliver the products to the customers at the least cost while satisfying the desired service level to the customers and retailers. By applying the model of vehicle routing problem with simultaneous pickup and delivery (VRPSPD) methods, a new potential network planning will be set up for the optimal distance while transporting from depot to customers and helping drivers low down the time travel as well as minimize transportation cost.
