dc.description.abstractErgonomic is a science that focus on the interactions between humans and other elements of a system. It aims to optimize human well-being and overall system performance. Nowadays, ergonomics is necessary in the industry and also applied in many fields all over the world. However, it is still not recognized in many companies in Vietnam. This study focuses on motions and postures of workers in a garment line. Current situations are analyzed by using ergonomics and motion study. Then, the modifications are compared according to time study. The main objective of this study is improving motions and postures to reduce injuries, fatigue, unnecessary physical effort and leading to increase productivity, quality and job satisfaction.
