| dc.description.abstract | Production scheduling is one of important process for manufacturing, many factories always have difficulties when breakdown occurred randomly, because they cannot handle immediately with many machines and jobs. For that reason, this thesis will study about topic Production Scheduling – Subject To Machine breakdown to have a few experience and give some recommendations for this problem. Besides, the scope of this thesis will have six parts with collecting and researching necessary, useful, and interesting information from lessons and research papers. First of all, the Introduction part will show us background and problem statement. Next, the literature review will be mentioned in Related Works part. Thirdly, the Methodology part will talk about the current design that was consulted by key reference. In next part, by consulting many key references in this field, and trying to apply algorithm with building by C++ and running in Code::Blocks 17.12, the Improved Solution Development will be demonstrated with partial program by programming language. The Validation part will present the data collection that was collected and reviewed by some reports of Scancom Company – Metal Shopfloor. Moreover, we can see that the results of experiments will be tested and compared each other in order to help us consider generally about many aspects in this problem. Finally, in Conclusion part, the summary of thesis will be illustrated and discussed with some main results which give for us some advices for this case study in reality. To sum up, this thesis is a good way to approach and learn more clearly about my major and more specialized skills for future job. | en_US |
