Flow shop scheduling problems have important applications in manufacturing. The flow shop scheduling problem seeks to minimize the makespan, improve the efficiency of delivery system and hence raise the customers’ satisfactory. In this thesis, the model was built to find out the minimum total completion time including the processing time of each machine in each job. Moreover, this study also applies Gray Wolf Optimization (GWO) for searching in all the jobs, which ones should be done at first. All the tasks in this thesis are implemented based on the data of Aluminum Factory of SCANCOM Vietnam and the model will be run by MATLAB R2016a code to solve the problems of the company.
