| dc.description.abstract | Ergonomic is the scientific discipline that concentrates on human beings, interactions among people, machines. Human factors aims to ensure that the information, tasks, equipment and the environment fit each worker. It plays an important role in the industry environment. All over the world, ergonomics was applied in many fields for a long time, however, it is not familiar with many companies in Vietnam. This paper focuses on describing motions and posture of workers on assembly line. By using ergonomics and motion study, current situations are analyzed, simultaneously modification executes according to time study. The objective of this paper improves workers’ motions and postures to avoid fatigue, occupational diseases, as well as supporting strength, ability of workers and leading to increase productivity
