| dc.description.abstract | Distribution planning is the critical task in supply chain, the most cost of distribution come from transportation. The company may benefit from planning and organizing transportation. Ha Tien Cement JSC is one of thousands of company facing that problem. In our research, we are solve problem of Ha Tien Cement JSC by using variety of transportation modes of the in transport network with the beginning at one factory to the ending at one customer. Different transportation modes cause transportation costs and time varies. This research introduced multimodal transport into supply chain network with multi-distributed factories, multi distribution centers, and multi customers of Ha Tien Cement JSC .The objective of this model is to minimize total cost optimize model and this model is solve the model with CPLEX. The result shows the effectiveness and feasibility of model. The detail plan is also convert into daily report for the company. At the end, some sensitivity analysis are conduct to re-determine the usage of resources which help the company have a better plan
