Design hub location with multi objective of food supply chain for XYZ company
Abstract
Logistics issues in Vietnam are growing, the demand for more and more uses. Therefore, it has affected the environment more and more. This report presents a model car planning new sustainability hub, which transports at the customer service center button are limited in number. Due to this limitation, the exercises and the order of the cars coming out at each hub are reviewed. Therefore, each hub button acts as a planning and arrangement of issues. The model examines the vulnerabilities of the products for distribution in the food supply chain and at the same time consider the total CO2 emissions of the hub Network. The problem is modeled as a multi-purpose mixed integer linear program of optimization of transport costs, the freshness and quality of food at the time of delivery and the total carbon emissions of the vehicle in order to meet the desire of sustainable environment. This paper uses C # to solve multi-objective with size of 10. Due to the hardness of the problem, an NP through non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) was proposed to solve personal problems with size of 50. Moreover, creating a number of new hub for this issue. The result is C # model resolution time compared to the faster Cplex, and an optimal 19 hubs for the company.
