dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a simulation model of a warehouse operation of TV products at Samsung Electronics Hochiminh City CE Complex is analysed and developed on Arena Simulation Software. The current process at the company is investigated to find the changes in the rule or the way using the resources to improve the overall performance of the process. There are 5 improvement models suggested based on the capacity of the warehouse. The results show that changes in some factors of the model can affect greatly to the overall performance.
