Quality Management Of Agricultural Product: Raphanus Sativus And Application
Abstract
Vietnam is a region on tropical, suitable for the growth of agricultural products. Raphanus Sativus
is one of the widely used agricultural products in daily meals of Vietnamese people. In addition to
being used in daily meals, also contributes to the Lunar New Year, Raphanus Sativus also has good
effects on health, has a spicy taste, coolness, cooked Raphanus Sativus have a sweet taste, is used
to treat a number of respiratory, gastrointestinal and urological diseases and is an anti-cancer,
anemia and especially enhance the health of the human brain.
Raphanus Sativus belongs to the radish, that diversity with size, color and season; having a long,
small shape. Raphanus Sativus is also one of the commodities exported to Europe. The quality
guarantee is a complex task and it plays an important role in product quality assessment. In order
to get the quality standard and reduce the risk of Raphanus Sativus in Viet Nam, the quality
management need to be improved.
The main purpose of this research mention about the relationship of quantities by using some
analytic methods, based on that to determine the weight of Raphanus Sativus.
