dc.description.abstractOverloading in Vietnam central hospital is always a persistent problem in our days due to the rise of demand and aging of population, 115 people's hospital is one of that central hospital, is opposing this problem. A simulation model for the current layout of 115 People's Hospital to optimize the issue of overloading in clinics, long waiting time of patient is necessary, by applying the real data collecting by a direct observation from the hospital. Throughout the current model are built by Arena software, evaluating the current situation of the hospital and proposing the improvement to solve the main issues by standard from decisions of Ministry of Health.en_US
