Design Rubber Processing Wastewater Treatment System With A Capacity Of 2600 M3/Day
Abstract
This project proposal with the content: "Calculation and design of rubber processing
wastewater treatment system, capacity 2600 m3/day". Requires that wastewater after
treatment must meet standards archives No. 379 dated 12/07/2011 of the Department of
Natural Resources and Environment of Champassak province - Lao PDR. The proposed
technology designed in this project uses biological methods to play a major role.
Wastewater will be pre-treated through a latex separation tank to remove the remaining
rubber fibers, then through equalization tank to regulate the flow and balance the
concentration of pollutants in the wastewater before being put into the wastewater
treatment plant works. The water is then passed through the biological tank cluster,
which are anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks, and aerobic tanks. The wastewater is then
transferred to a settling tank for biological sedimentation. Finally, the wastewater flows
through the optional pond to complete before being discharged to the receiving source.
Overall, this proposal explains in detail the technical aspects of the project and why
this system should be chosen to use in rubber wastewater treatment.
