Supply Chain Network Design and Planning is the most difficult task in management a supply chain. Our research highlights and analyses all the conflicting requirements that must be accurately evaluated and balanced in order to effectively manage the complex network of retailers and to help the decision making process behind the ordering plan, delivery plan, inventory plan and replenishment plan. Our supply chain consist of 4 supplier (brand), 2 distribution and 48 retailers from North to South, we have proposed a MILP model to optimize ordering cost, holding cost, delivery, promotions and replenishment cost for all 48 retailers. The result is quite good and realistic so that can be applied into real system. Keyword: supply chain planning, supply chain network design, order planning, optimization, network optimizationen_US
