dc.description.abstract | This research aims to redesign the production layout of Smart Twine Solutions Company by approaching methods to find the better alternative solutions. This study mainly concentrates on investigating of problems workstations in production process are facing. Besides redesigning layout based on Systematic Layout Planning (SLP), the research also concerns about applying Line Balancing technique to balance the percentage of utilization in process. After all, Simulation approach and Arena will be applied to simulate and compare alternatives with current production layout to find the better one then improve. | en_US |
