| dc.description.abstract | In this Graduate Thesis, the author presents applied research on the arena in improving
production systems in a garment manufacturing enterprise. To improve production
capabilities to fulfill orders as well as planning resources, machinery and other logistics
operations by analyzing simulation models of production activities, thereby predicting
the actual output of the production system. Besides, this thesis also focuses on the line
balancing method to provide the optimal solution for production as well as make the best
prediction for the company.
In this study, the author divided the content into 5 chapters, the contents of the chapters
are as follows:
- Chapter 1: Problems: Explain why you chose a topic.
- Chapter 2: Theoretical basis and methodology: Introduce the theories and tools applied
in this research, introduce the steps of the graduation thesis implementation.
- Chapter 3: Introduction to research method.
- Chapter 4: developing an arena model, investigate arena model and propose solution.
