dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study to empirically examine the effect of amoral management, psychological contract breach, calculative commitment on withdrawal behavior at work of Vietnamese employees. More specifically, based on the social exchange theory, this thesis aims to clarify the relationship between amoral management and withdrawal behavior at work under the moderating role of psychological contract breach and calculative commitment. Target sample was employees working in 60 companies in Binh Duong Province, Dong Nai Province, and Ho Chi Minh City. A total of 350 responses was valid. By applying Structural Equation Modeling, this study suggests a positive relationship between amoral management and employees’ withdrawal behaviors at work as well as between amoral management and employees’ calculative commitment. Moreover, the study proves that amoral management indirectly and positively influences employees’ withdrawal behaviors at work via calculative commitment. Additionally, empirical study about mediating role of psychological contract breach and moderates the influence of amoral management on employees’ withdrawal behaviors at work also be found. Lastly, findings indicate psychological contract breach moderates the indirect influence of amoral management on employees’ withdrawal behaviors at work via calculative commitmenten_US
