Synthesis Of Phthalate And Succinates Salts Of Dipterocarpol Oxime Ester And Their Antimicrobial Activities
Abstract
Phthalate and succinate salts of Dipterocarpol oxime ester have been synthesized
and characterized by some specific techniques. The study focuses on
characterizing the acidic ability of carboxylic derivatives acid of oxime ester
reacting with some defined organic and inorganic bases, that followed describing
carefully the process of each the reaction. Throughout the research, only 2
Dipterocarpol oxime ester salts can be synthesized with product more stable than
other. Besides, the anti-bacterial activities of each product were completed and
found out their MIC (Minimum Inhibit Concentration) which compared to each
other, oxime and Diterocarpol. It means acids and salts derivatives of
Dipterocarpol oxime can apply further for pharmaceutical material.
Dipterocarpol oxime derivatives consists of succinic and phthalic acid derivative
which is continuously reactant to create triethyl ammonium and sodium salts
derivatives.
