Redesign Production Line Of Powdered Coffee Factory: A Case Study Of Thy Long Company

Abstract

This research focuses on solving the problem of facility layout of the coffee roasting factory owned by Thy Long Company. Although the factory has only recently started to participate in this field, the factory is constantly researching and improving product quality. There are many applied methods but the problem in this research will be used the analysis of Facility Layout and developed model using Arena Simulation Software to achieve the improvement of productivity, save space in production area and minimize total WIP traveling distance in the factory.
