dc.description.abstract | This research suggested a production planning system by applying the idea of Material Requirement Planning to solve the inventory problem of the Alu production line in Scancom International enterprise. The Holt-winters technique is based on historical sale data to predict shortterm periods and maximize the accuracy of the Master Production Schedule. This paper focuses on the development of the Material Requirements Planning program written in C# language that can be applied to control inventory levels in both the manufacturing industry and trading enterprises. An algorithm has been built up based on the MRP processing idea. The solution of this software provides the optimal schedule to produce assemblies and raw materials. | en_US |
