True is a milk production company, it also faces many problems including some
difficulties related to order picking in finished good warehouse. The current situation of
order picking in TH true milk warehouse is not in good enough that the company is
bearing a lot of waste on time and money, the company may lose some benefits including
in long-term and short-term period of time. However, as you can see above, with this
mathematical model, the order picking in TH true milk warehouse can be improved. When
the stage of order picking in the warehouse get improved, the product’s flow become
better. Therefore, the warehouse will no longer be considered as the bottleneck of the
product’s flow. In conclusion, the TH true milk warehouse’s order picking will be
