The COVID-19 epidemic has caused a dramatic loss of human life and poses an unprecedented threat to food systems, public health, and the workplace in Vietnam. To reduce the risk of progression of Covid-19, Molnupiravir is active against SARSCoV-2 and is now one of the most widely-used coronavirus treatments. While it is comforting to know that Molnupiravir for COVID-19 are showing remarkable efficacy, Vietnam still faces intractable challenges with this medicine distribution, which leads to many problems that need to be investigated profoundly. Because the station unit is too small, the article is still about vehicle routing problems, using Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window to model and solve the optimal routing schedule that minimizes the total travel distance of trucks within warehouse constraints. The results showed that finding the optimal route in CPLEX will make the transportation and distribution of drugs easy when only one vehicle is deployed to distribute to 9 health stations. It was also indicated that the use of CPLEX algorithm by VRPTW method helps to reduce transportation costs significantly more than before. However, research is only carried out on a small pilot scale with a small number of vehicles and this is just a temporary remedy for the Monulpiravir distributes the fastest way, in terms of traffic and drug delivery at the medical centre station. In addition, this paper will not focus on how to increase the size area algorithm to find the shortest route, but also to display the route on the website to help managers easily monitor the number of stations after each cut time – off for proper drug distribution.en_US
