dc.description.abstractThe subject of integrated production planning and scheduling at the job- shop with specified times and batches is addressed in this thesis. It takes into account not just setup costs, workin-progress, product demand, and equipment volume, but also specific scheduling limitations. It differs from the standard hierarchical production planning system, which does not account for particular scheduling limitations, making a practical production plan impossible to ensure. A model and precise scheduling restrictions are used to test and resolve a feasible production plan in order to maximize production planning and schedule at the same time. The program Cplex version 12.9 is used to diagnose and resolve the issue. The results indicate that the model has to be adjusted and tested further in order to get the best outcomes.en_US
