Most software companies try to satisfy client expectations with high-quality products while keeping operating costs to a minimum. Higher quality standards are needed now more than ever, particularly when a major organization has numerous partners to develop. Experts and researchers can now employ these techniques in various areas, such as optimization and quality modeling, thanks to computers' development potential. Three of these goals are what this study tries to achieve. This study first provides two models to arrange the work schedule, maximize the number of items coming in and going out, then solve it using linear programming and metaheuristic algorithms. Second, consistent on-time delivery is required to raise customer happiness. In order to paint a holistic picture of market success, numerous solutions from a business acumen point of view will be given in addition to technological answers. In this work, the proposed solution is applied to Bosch Global Software Vietnam – a large company in the software industry looking to succeed in this business.en_US
