dc.description.abstractIn recent decades, industry, especially manufacturing, has become an important factor for the economy in Vietnam, so the application of lean to manufacturing and the utilization of information systems making resources more flexible and abundant to maximize productivity while reducing costs. Therefore, in the research of this thesis, the main goal is to create a lean compliance process for the return part and help the repair team to better plan the task allocation. The scope of this thesis will have 6 parts with the collection and study of necessary information from lessons, books, and some referenced research journals. First, the Introduction, shows why I chose to research this topic by presenting the background and problem statement of a particular company. Next, a literature review and a number of related journals will be covered in the Related Works section, and after that, the Methodology phase will consider a number of significant approaches as well as collection and data analysis. Next, in the Solution Development section, the compliance process and the mathematical model will be presented. In the Result Analysis section, the results of the test will be compared with the current practice. Finally, in the Conclusion section, the thesis summary will discuss with the main results, from which some recommendations for this case study and analysis of the environmental, social, and economic impact of the results will be given in this case study. In summary, this thesis is not only an important method for me to learn more about my major but also an opportunity for me to practice professional skills for my future work.en_US
