Solving the problem of managing high stockpiles and minimizing lead times is a constant challenge for any manufacturing operation, irrespective no matter whether it produces non-manufactured or mechanical labor. To reach this excellence, a procedure simultaneous to production is required. and the implementation of lean manufacturing is of special relevance to manufacturing organizations. Lean manufacturing was established to make the most use of environmental assets by preventing waste, and it has since evolved in response to changing business and competitive environments, painting. The Kanban system is one of the process improvement solutions for process improvement at a low cost. The Kanban system, nevertheless, has not been commonly embraced in Vietnam. The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the Kanban implementation process and the use of simulation programs to assess the effectiveness of Kanban policies. This study was carried out on the use of Kanban in the manufacturing operation of First Solar Company, a large manufacturer of photovoltaic panels in the United States.en_US
