dc.description.abstract | In Vietnam, especially after Covid 19 pandemic, the demand for cold preservation is
rising. AJ Total Vietnam is a cold warehouse service provider desiring to expand their
business, although they are a new service provider in this market. This thesis will assess
the service quality of this company by the SERVQUAL model, the qualitative and
quantitative research will be carried out after collecting the questionnaire result from 60
customers of the company. The importance level of the dimensions is concluded and the
Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is utilized to calculate the weighted score of
items underlying dimensions. The finding is that the Location is priority in this company.
The result could be used for the further improvement and development of cold
warehouses in the Vietnam context. | en_US |
