The school bus scheducling problem has been research for a half of a decade. However, in
Vietnam, this problem still has not reieved adequate attention. The aim of the thesis was to
solve a school bus routing system. The thesis proposed two models with the objective
function are based on minimize student’s cost and minimize total travelling distance of bus.
Model 1 shown the number of bus stop opened and the number of student pickup at each
bus stop. The output of model 1 is the input of model 2. The model 2 decided the route for
pickup student and decide number of bus needed. The results shown the efficiency in fixing
school bus routing problem.
