The objectives of this study was to compare the sperm quality selected after two sperm preparation techniques for intra-uterine insemination (IUI) in case of normozoospermic samples: sperm direct swim up and sperm discontinuous density gradient preparations. The sperm quality is identified by sperm concentration, the proportion of progressive (PR), normal morphological spermatozoa and sperm recovery.en_US
