This investigation compares the differences in phytochemical, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial efficacy between two hues of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat flowers (Yellow and White). Several infusion conditions were used for Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat samples. As a result, dried extracts were extractedby water for 4 minutes at a temperature of 100oC, producing a high yield with no negative effects on subsequent application products. The phytochemical quantity of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat flower (Yellow and White) was determined for phenolic (17.39033 ± 0.011846 and 5.73400 ± 0.020000 mg GAE per 1gram dried extract, respectively). Similarly, flavonoid of both in order (41.11400 ± 0.28600 and9.11400 ± 0.28600 mg and RE in 1 gram of crude extract) content to test the antioxidantability. The IC50 value of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat flower (Yellow) was (225.1181 μg/ml) compared to the Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramatflower (White) (1357.5757 μg/ml) and the standard of Ascorbic acid (46.0106 μg/ml).Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, two gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, were used to assess both substances' antibacterial abilities. The findings demonstrated that the dried extract from the yellow Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat flower was more potently antibacterial than the white Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat flower, and that the antimicrobial effects on Staphylococcus aureus were superior to those on Escherichia coli.en_US
