The Phalaenopsis Orchid, also known as the Moth Orchid, is a magnificent multicolored big orchid that has become a popular indoor plant and is easily recognized nowadays. The work of identifying the effect of culture medium, growth regulators, and organic additives on shoot regeneration from Phalaenopsis seeds is a step in the right approach for supplementing additional Phalaenopsis types and boosting the production of uncommon Phalaenopsis for Vietnam. In brief overview, across all treatments in Experiment 1, most parameters recorded to evaluate Phalaenopsis root growth performed better in half strength Murashige and Skoog (½ MS) medium (4.06 ± 0.22 cm). In experiment 2, half strength Murashige and Skoog (½ MS) medium with 0.05 mg/L 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) showed the highest number of roots per shoot (4.80 ± 0.67 roots/shoot) and 1⁄2 MS medium and Vacin and Went (VW) medium without BA showed the longest roots length (4.06 ± 0.22 cm and 4.18 ± 0.59 cm, respectively). In experiment 3, VW medium with potato showed the 3 highest number of leaves per shoot (8.95 ± 1.11 leaves/shoot) and VW medium with coconut water (CW) showed the longest roots length (4.78 ± 0.09 cm). Finally, experiment 4, most metrics used to evaluate Phalaenopsis root growth performed better in medium enriched with CW (4.80 ± 0.67 roots/shoot and 2.69 ± 0.09 cm)en_US
