dc.description.abstractIn recent years, the productivity of employee has been on the rise, attributed to evolving work conditions and an improved standard of living. In response, organizations are making concerted efforts to enhance the job performance of their employees with the aim of bolstering overall organizational effectiveness. The study is related to surveying 319 generation Z employees in manufacturing companies, and to conduct this study, quantitative research methods were utilized.The research used SPSS software and Smartpls4 to examine the effects of variables. The findings suggest that the performance of Generation Z employees in a manufacturing company in Binh Duong is affected by factors such as leadership support, self-efficacy, working environment, human capital, and income.en_US
