Factors Affecting Finance Students' Career Paths: The Case Of Student At Ho Chi Minh City International University - Vnu
Abstract
Financial issues have received increased attention in recent years as society has become more
aware of their significance. Global research has revealed factors that influence the career path of
finance students in order to limit any problems that may arise for graduates. Basically, finance
students have numerous options for career advancement after graduation. For example, they may
advance into areas of financial accounting, taxation, securities, commodities and financial services
agent, auditing, budget analyst, etc. Based on the research on the factors influencing the career
path of accounting students, the researcher wishes to use the method of relevant articles to find out
about the factors influencing the career path of financial students, which almost no research papers
have related topics. This study includes new variables in the model to determine which factors
influence finance students' preferences for career paths. Furthermore, educational institutions may
benefits from this study because academic counselors or subject teachers can use the findings to
help students make career decisions. The survey method is used well in this research.
