prices within Vietnam's stock market using Event study. Through empirical analysis, this
research seeks to explore the relationship between M&A activities and movements in stock
prices, ultimately shedding light on the effects of mergers and acquisitions on the
Vietnamese economy as a whole. Specifically, we aim to examine how M&A transactions
impact stock prices and to what extent these impacts are observed in the Vietnamese stock
