Purpose: This study find out how government initiatives to combat COVID-19 have improved busniess performance. It also aims to investigate the connections between information sharing, social capital, and bilateral innovation in order to comprehend how these elements enhance corporate performance. Design/methodology/ approaches: To collect primary data for this thesis, primary data from Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding areas of Vietnam were gathered quantitatively. Distributing questionnaires was a part of the data collection process. The analytical method used in this study was PLS-SEM. To evaluate the hypotheses, this method was applied to examine a dataset consisting of 290 replies. Findings: Research limitations/ Implications: The limitations may include potential constraints in generalizing findings beyond the sampled regions of Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, the reliance on survey responses introduces the possibility of response bias. The study's implications suggest the need for cautious interpretation of results, acknowledging the specific context of the surveyed areas and the inherent limitations of survey-based research. Furthermore, the findings may offer valuable insights into the role of government support in business performance, providing a foundation for future research and policy considerations.en_US
