| dc.description.abstract | This project creates a system that helps send digital requests from students to the office. By
creating a website that helps to receive and store student requests. Website will make creating
student request easy and convenient. At the same time, the system also automatically sends
requests to send related requests to relevant processing units, helping students not need to
understand which department handles which problem. Finally, monitoring established
requirements in real time can help students know the process and time when their requests can
be resolved. Each student has a different way of information being stored on the system and
each request available on the system is intended to use the student information to be able to
automatically deliver the request where it is needed. Not only helping students but also school
staffs in charge of handling student requests, reducing processing time and aggregating
