dc.description.abstractThis study involves deeply into the intricate dynamics of work engagement within the service industry, with a specific focus on the context of five- star hotels in Vietnam. In the contemporary service environment, where customer satisfaction is paramount, understanding the factors that contribute to work engagement becomes crucial for organizational success. The research seeks to unravel the interplay between service climate, task significance, job satisfaction, and role benefits and their collective impact on employee work engagement in the unique context of luxury hospitality. Service climate, as a key organizational factor, is examined for its role in shaping the work environment and fostering employee engagement. Task significance, focusing on the meaningfulness of employees' roles, is explored as a potential driver of intrinsic motivation. Job satisfaction is analyzed as a multifaceted construct, encompassing various dimensions such as workplace relationships, growth opportunities, and recognition. Role benefits, including both tangible and intangible rewards, are scrutinized for their influence on employee commitment and engagement. The research aims to help hotels industry understand how to make employees happy and motivated at work. By investigating these factors within the specific context of five-star hotels in Vietnam, the study seeks to provide nuanced and culturally relevant findings.
