The survey, which was administered to 344 students residing in and studying in Ho Chi Minh City between November 2023 and the end of December 2023, tested the hypotheses using SEM analysis and the Smart PLS application. The results indicate that while perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust have a positive impact on customer satisfaction, social influence and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on the intention to continue using QR code payment.
