dc.description.abstractThis research aims to establish the relationship between flexible employment arrangements and job satisfaction by examining the mediating impact of work-life balance in Dalat. A total of 256 replies were obtained from the survey conducted among municipal employees. This research used a quantitative methodology and utilized SmartPLS 4.0 and SPSS 26 to analyze the gathered data. The findings indicate a favorable realtionship among the independent variable, dependent variable, and mediating variable. Flexible working arrangements are a prevailing pattern, and they have a beneficial impact on resolving conflicts between work and personal life. Moreover, the findings indicate that implementing flexible working arrangements leads to increased levels of job satisfaction. Furthermore, there is no relationship between the moderating factors of age, gender, and family obligations and flexible working options and job satisfaction. The study's results highlight the future research potential and practical results for employment trends and human resource managementen_US
