dc.description.abstract | In response to a world that is changing quickly and becoming more ecologically conscious, this research aims to investigate how knowledge management helps Vietnamese businesses achieve their goals for green innovation and sustainable performance. With a particular focus on people in managerial positions, the researcher carried out a comprehensive study including a variety of enterprises, including public, private, and international businesses. Purposive sampling was utilized in this study's data collection, and partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized for cross sectional analysis. It can be seen from the results that knowledge management and green innovation work together to enhance an organization's sustainability, with knowledge management and green innovation serving as a mediator in the relationship between the two. The research's practical implications are especially essential to Vietnam's socioeconomic and environmental context, as the findings can assist managers, leaders, and policymakers in creating plans and initiatives that will advance green innovation, strengthen knowledge management, and boost organizations' capacity for sustained performance. Additionally, the research provides value by highlighting the crucial role of information management and extending the Resource-Based View through its investigation of the elements determining sustainable performance. Due to financing, student resources, and networking capacities, the research has limits; thus, to assure greater representation and more universal results, future studies should use a longitudinal strategy and include varied respondent groups. | en_US |
