The logistics and supply chain sector in Vietnam demonstrated significant growth in the first quarter of 2024, with the maritime transport sector seeing a notable 10% increase in container handling charges. Key players such as Germadept, a leading logistics company, are expected to benefit from these policies. Additionally, the global economy exhibited robust recovery signs post-COVID-19, with the USA, the primary export and import market for Vietnam, experiencing a 60% year-over-year increase in average volume. Other significant markets, including China, South Korea, and Japan, also reported substantial growth in trade activities. Given these favorable macroeconomic conditions, there is a critical need for Germadept to conduct a forecasting study to analyze the impact on its revenue projections for 2024. This study applies four advanced forecasting techniques: ARIMA, SARIMA, Holt-Winters, and LSTM, derived from Baccar's 2019 research on time series forecasting. The structure of the research is organized into six parts, beginning with Purpose of this study then followed by steps to make a forecast, validity and ending with some conclusion and implications from the result.en_US
