Ergonomics, a multidisciplinary science, delves into the complex dynamics of human interactions within systems. Its core mission is to optimize human well-being and overall system performance, transcending global industries. This study is a testament to the imperative of ergonomics in Vietnamese industries, with a particular focus on Phuoc Tien Ltd.'s garment manufacturing unit. By meticulously analyzing the existing work dynamics through the lenses of ergonomics and motion studies, we aim to discern often-overlooked intricacies. This scrutiny extends to proposed modifications, rigorously compared via time study analyses. The primary objective is to enhance worker motions and postures, reducing injuries, alleviating fatigue, and eliminating unnecessary physical strain. The anticipated outcomes encompass heightened productivity, improved product quality, and elevated job satisfaction, underscoring the transformative potential of ergonomic principles. This research aligns with Phuoc Tien Ltd.'s commitment to prioritizing workforce well-being, excellence, and human-centric design, paving the way for an ergonomic-driven future.en_US
