This comprehensive thesis delves into the practical application of Design of Experiments (DoE) within the context of Lean Production at TRUAire Vietnam, a subsidiary of CWS Industrials. The study focuses on optimizing the Louver100 Series Register production line to enhance output volume, reduce cycle time, and eliminate non-value-added processes. By leveraging Lean tools such as DoE, Line of Balancing, DMAIC concepts, and ergonomic considerations, the research aims to achieve operational excellence. Through empirical analysis and data-driven insights, the study sheds light on overcoming implementation challenges associated with Lean Manufacturing in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in developing economies. Furthermore, the findings contribute valuable knowledge to the field of continuous improvement practices within the manufacturing sector. In summary, this thesis provides practical recommendations for TRUAire Vietnam and serves as a valuable resource for organizations seeking to optimize their production processes through Lean methodologies.en_US
