Vietnam's traffic density has grown significantly, resulting in frequent and protracted traffic bottlenecks. In order to prevent traffic bottlenecks, traffic light systems are crucial for regulating and controlling cars at junctions. I suggest a simulation modeling technique with Arena software in this investigation. In order to address the issue of traffic congestion at the crossroads of Thuan An and Binh Duong, study will be conducted. Based on real data that was gathered from this location during peak hours, the model was constructed. Next, by building upon several modules, a model representing the logic of the real system will be created. Changing the signal lights' timing is one of the options that will be examined when the model has been validated. The results of the simulations show a significant drop in the average waiting time for cars on Kha Van Can - Road number 2. The model made use of real data that was gathered in this particular area during rush hour. A model that reflected the operating logic of the actual system was created by integrating several modules. A significant decrease in the average waiting time for cars on the aforementioned road was verified by further simulations. This implies that improving the traffic signal system would have a positive impact on reducing traffic jams. Moreover, the created model demonstrates adaptability to various real-world traffic situations. Precise simulation results are guaranteed by implementing tailored changes depending on the distinct traffic characteristics of each intersection.en_US
