dc.description.abstractThis study addresses the pressing issue of vehicle coordination with time constraints at a plastic packaging manufacturing company, aiming to optimize delivery planning processes and reduce transportation costs. Focusing on Au Lac Plastic Company (ALTA Plastic), the research objectives involve understanding the company's dispatching processes, exploring related literature on vehicle routing problems (VRP), and utilizing the Tabu Search algorithm. The study's scope encompasses a thorough examination of ALTA Plastic's transportation operations, the VRP model, and OR-Tools. While the research seeks to enhance delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness, it acknowledges limitations such as excluding factors like traffic, maintenance costs, and order splitting. By incorporating mathematical models inspired by existing research and employing Python programming for solution development, the study strives to provide practical insights and solutions to enhance ALTA Plastic's competitiveness in the market with the reduction of 10.8% in transportation cost.en_US
