Since cross-docking has become a popular trend for businesses, there is a growing pressure to enhance the efficiency of operations. In order to cut costs, companies are reducing inventory at each stage of the process, including distribution. Customers are now demanding improved service, resulting in the need for more precise and timely shipments. Most customers now expect to receive their deliveries within one or two days rather than waiting for a week. The focus of this study is on Saigon Co-op's cross-docking system in Vietnam, which is facing challenges in managing operation time while dealing with multiple storage assignments. By specifically addressing the issues of truck scheduling and storage management with the goal of minimizing the tardiness of inbound and outbound trucks, this research paper develops a mathematical model and applies Tabu Search for solving the problem. The results obtained will be compared with CLPEX, and the ultimate aim is to determine the best algorithm for addressing this problem.en_US
