The majority of businesses often figure out how to provide high-quality products that meet client wants while keeping overall costs down to a minimum. Particularly when a startup faces a manufacturing-focused corporation (the yogurt sector in this example) and has little cash to develop, higher quality requirements are needed than ever before. Additionally, professionals and researchers may now apply these strategies to a number of goods, such labor- and time-optimized manufacturing schedules and cost-of-living optimization, to develop sensitive product properties, thanks to the expanding capability of Artificial Intelligence. item. The goal of this paper's suggested Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model is to achieve optimal production planning on a single yogurt manufacturing line. This model incorporates all common production planning restrictions, such as inventory limitations, labor shifts, machine capacity, materials balance, and manpower restraints. Additionally, it takes into account unique characteristics of yogurt manufacturing, such as constraints in the production sequence primarily brought about by the yogurt's fat content and variety of tastes. Products differ, and the order affects setup expenses and times. The goal function is minimized while taking into account all of the primary sources of variable costs— labour, inventory, and conversion costs—that are dependent on the production schedule. In order to achieve these research goals, the present study proposes an optimization timetable for the factory's yogurt manufacturing process. This study applies the production solution to Yogurt Company, a recently established dairy firm. The manufacturing sector is figuring out how to be successful in this marketen_US
